Sometimes we don't pay much attention to the things that happen directly infront of us, and the rippling of the curtain.

Usually when I hear head-bopping beats backing the tantrums of a poet, its RAP or Hip Hop, where the beat is usually more important than what is actually being said.
Not in this case.
This is SPOKEN WORD. 
Words spoken to 
re-create images, 
rewind memories, 
revitalise minds, 
reconcile thoughts with reasoning.

This mixtape is so cleverly created.
Takes my mind to its senses and screws my neck on tight.

Released and downloaded on Aug 30th. Played everyday since.

Twista - Reloaded (mixtape)

Fair enough this thing might be called "reloaded" but I'm a sucker for the old Twista. I'm just enticed by that one-breath flow (lol that sounds rude)

But yehhhhh...
You remember the old Twista? 
Overnight Celebrity? 
Hope ft. Faith Evans?

Them used to be my JAMMMMMMMMMMS. Every morning on the bus on my MP3 player (as it was called in them days lol). I used to try catch the flow, moving my lips at Twista-speed and make allsorts of shapes through my fingers to keep balance on the track...ahhhhhh them days!

Well... He's back.

Mac Miller Ft. Talib Kweli - Family First

Mac Miller passed half a million followers the other day on his Twitter, so he decided to drop us all a lil present. A nice new track. YIPEE =D
Wickedly, he's got Like (from Pac Div) on the buttons, pressing keys and filling with all sorts of synths and sounds, to produce a real cool mellow beat that breathes - even bliss-er unaided by lyrics. But I must admit that this story-telling flow is real SMOOTH
